MPPSC www.mppsc.nic.in – Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission conducts the civil service examination in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Madhya Pradesh public service commission was established under the constitution of India.  Madhya Pradesh public service commission announced the recruitment for various post and invites the application for these post. Madhya Pradesh PSC conducts the examination in the state of Madhya Pradesh.Candidates will be selected based on three methods. First method is both competitive examination and personality test. Second method is only by interview. Third method is only by competitive method. Then Madhya Pradesh PSC will be selected the candidate based on the rank list. Rank list will be prepared based on the performance in the above test. Selected candidates will be appointed in particular place.

Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission Exam Pattern

Madhya Pradesh PSC has three stages of examination. First stage is Preliminary examination. Then MPPSC conducts the Main Examination for selected candidates. Finally Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission conducts the personal interview. Then MPPSC release the final result. It conducts two written exam. One is State Service Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) for selection of candidates for main examination and another one is Sate Service Main Examination (written and interview) for selection of candidates for the various categories of services and posts

MPPSC Exam Syllabus for Preliminary Examination

Preliminary examination has two papers. Preliminary Examination has Objective type questions. One is General Studies Paper and second one is General Aptitude Test. Durations for this Preliminary Paper I examination is 2 hours. Paper I questions are based on General Science and Environment, Current Events of National & International Importance, History of  India and Independent India, Geography of India, Indian Polity and Economic, Sports, Indian Polity, Information, etc. Maximum mark for preliminary Paper I examination is 200 marks. Duration for Paper II examination is 2 hours and maximum mark for paper II examination is 200 marks. Paper II questions are based on Comprehension, Interpersonal skill including communication skill, logical reasoning and analytical ability, Decision making and problem solving, general mental ability, basic numeracy data, interpretation, Hindi language comprehension skill.

Main examinations have seven papers. Main examination has conventional type questions. Paper I is General Studies paper. Syllabus for paper I is history of modern India and Indian Culture, Geography of India, Indian Polity, Current National Issues, International Affairs & Institution, Indian economy, Science & Technology, Space, Games & Sports, Indian Agriculture, etc. Duration for this examination is 3 hours and maximum mark for this examination is 300 marks. Paper II is a general studies paper. Syllabus for paper II is Culture, Literature, Music, Dance, Arts and History of Madhya Pradesh, etc. Duration for this paper two examination is 3 hours and maximum marks for this paper II examination is 300 marks. Paper III is a General Hindi paper. Duration for this General Hindi paper is 3 hours and maximum marks for this Paper III examination is 300 marks. Paper I, Paper II and Paper III are compulsory paper.

Paper IV, paper V, paper VI and paper VII is an optional papers. Candidates select any two subjects from the optional subject list. Each subject has two papers. Totally optional subject has 4 papers. Durations for each paper are 3 hours and maximum marks for each paper are 300 marks. Total mark for main examination is 2100 marks.

Then Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission conducts the interview for selected candidates. The interview test carries 250 marks.

MPPSC Eligibility Criteria

Candidate’s age should be between 21 years to 30 years. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved category and specially category candidates as per the government rules. Candidate should have educational qualification as needed in for the post. Most of the pot educational qualification is candidates should have graduate degree from recognized university or institute. Physical fitness is also required based on the vacancy.

MPPSC Online Application Form

Candidate should apply for post or Jobs through MPPSC online mode only. Candidate log on the official website of MPPSC Online which is www.mponline.gov.in/Portal/Examinations/MPPSC/Admin/Home.aspx and select the recruitment post. Then candidate select the ‘apply now’ link and enter your registration ID and password. Now your application form is open. Then enter your details. Candidate must submit your application through online mode only. Then upload your photo and signature. After the application submission, computers automatically generate the Acknowledgement card. Candidate should save this acknowledgement card for future use.

MPPSC Admit Card

Madhya Pradesh Public Service Examination conducts the various examinations based on the department recruitment post. MPPSC releases the admit card/hall ticket for all the examination conducted by MPPSC before 15 days from the date of examination. The MPPSC admit card will be released in the official website of MPPSC. Candidate should download their admit card before the examination. MPPSC admit card has candidates name, exam time and date, seat number, exam venue, hall ticket number, etc. admit card is the identity to enter your examination hall. After finishing the examination Answer key will be released in the official website of MPPSC. The written exam answer key will be released in the separate sets like set a, set B.
